Dom’s career has been spent at the intersection of recruitment, compliance and insurance - from building the UK’s first contractor insurance scheme to guiding hundreds of firms through IR35 and wider regulatory change. His track record of protecting businesses while helping them adapt makes him the ideal leader to steer Orbio as it transforms recruitment risk management and sets a new standard for the industry.

At Orbio, Dom will play a central role in shaping our sector strategy, including:

• Supporting agencies in preparing for April 2026, providing practical reform guidance and solutions that protect them from joint and several liability.
• Partnering with SafeRec-certified umbrellas to strengthen their position as the sector's leading compliant payroll providers.
• Driving product innovation to deliver comprehensive solutions across wider recruitment and umbrella sector risks.
• Shaping Orbio's strategic insurance supplier partnerships to work with the most trusted, innovative providers.

When he's not focused on sector challenges, Dom enjoys pursuing personal passions, including golf, cheering on Bath Rugby, and relaxing by the Adriatic coast.
